We Value Your Perspective

At LDPCU, continuous improvement starts with you. Whether you loved your recent interaction or spotted an opportunity for us to do better, your feedback helps us refine our products, services, and support. Every submission is read by our leadership team and used to drive real change.

Our feedback system is secure, anonymous (if you choose), and takes less than 2 minutes. You can rate specific interactions (like a branch visit or call), comment on digital tools, or share big-picture ideas. We even offer a “Feature Request” option for product enhancements.

Last year, member feedback led to 12 major improvements—including extended chat hours, simplified loan applications, and a new mobile check deposit feature. Now, we’d love to hear from you.
